Corsewall Lighthouse Aurora
Corsewall Lighthouse, Stranraer under the Northern Lights, this shot was taken near the start of what turned out to be one of the best aurora storms I had ever witnessed, (10, March, 2024), from as soon as it began to get dark right through till daylight blues took over from the greens and reds the aurora just kept going. I spent the entire night clambering around the beach and rocks taking photo after photo of the amazing sight. This shot is just one of many from that night but one of my favourites as it captured perfectly the light rays from the lighthouse competing with the natural cosmic light show that was going on behind it.
